An educational group to help you understand "the why" behind your child's actions, and to equip you with techniques and information on how to reduce unwanted behaviors. 

How to Support your Anxious Teenager: Coping Strategies To Take Home

Adolescents are faced with more demands than ever before. From social media, to the growing competition our kids face in the education system, it’s no wonder many of them struggle to manage anxious feelings. In this group, we will teach you a variety of coping skills that you can take home to teach your anxious teen. We will cover  techniques to soothe the nervous system, decrease emotional distress, and cognitive behavioral strategies to support the rewiring of unhelpful thoughts.

Thanksgiving Social Skills

$295 plus $15 supply fee

Through fun, hands-on activities in the kitchen, kids will work on planning, organizing, problem-solving, teamwork, communication, and self-regulation. 

November 25-27th

Session 1: 8:30-10 am ages 5-7 

Session 2: 10:30-12 pm ages 8-11 


Summer Social Skills Groups

ADHD Social Skills Group

1st-2nd Graders

This group is designed to support children who have ADHD and are struggling during structured task at school. Topics covered include coping skills, communication skills, and cognitive restructuring skills. 

Building Friendships Social Skills Group

Ages 4-6 (K-1st Grade)

This group is designed to support children who struggle to build and maintain relationships. Topics covered include empathy, creating trust, kind words, building connections with others, conversation skills, problem solving skills, and developing confidence and self esteem. 

ADHD and Autism Relationship Social Skills Group

Ages 7-8

This group is designed to support children who have a diagnosis of ADHD, Autism, and/or exhibit similar behaviors. Topics covered include conversation skills, perspective taking, flexible thinking in social play, and collaborating and cooperating in peer relationships. 

Upper Elementary Social Skills Group

Ages 9-11 (4th-5th Grade)

This group is designed to support children who struggle to build and maintain relationships. Topics covered include self-esteem, empathy, using social filters, reading others, conversation skills, conflict resolution, and friendship.
