This group is a supportive social skills group for girls focused on building confidence and meaningful friendships. Participants learn how to join and maintain friendships, use positive self-talk, understand and manage emotions, communicate assertively, and handle conflict effectively—all in a safe, encouraging environment.

This group is designed for girls who want to grow in confidence, emotional expression, conflict resolution, and friendship skills as they prepare for middle school. Through expressive arts and interactive activities, we will develop these skills in a fun, supportive environment.
